CIM Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Perform requirement study, designing, developing, testing and implementing CIM/factory automation solution using .NET
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with equipment vendors, users group and site IT/CIM across all sites
- Communicate timely status to the site.
- Participate in the on-call rotation (if required)
- Occasional travel to remote sites may be required
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in computer science or IT related disciplines; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP .net/VB.net), Windows and UNIX operating systems, MS-SQL/Oracle database, PL/SQL script and store procedure, XML and Web Services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good experience in CIM/Equipment Automation and SECS/GEM Integration and cell controller developmentwould be advantageous
- Familiar with MES products such as PROMIS, MES+ and WORKSTREAM would be advantageous
- Experience in Full SDLCwould be advantageous
