Responsibilities:
· Handle PC problems such as set-up, software installation and troubleshooting either personally or through the telephone.
· Function as helpdesk to provide technical support for all hardware and software problems to end users.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian.
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
